NEQE is a design build company that provides engineering, construction, and consulting services in house. NEQE was established by Arash M. Zokaei in 1994 in the San Francisco Bay Area and since then has been continuously providing excellent engineering, construction, and consulting services to our clients. Our engineering & construction team has successfully and consistently completed over 300 structural alteration and seismic retrofit projects in the Bay Area alone. NEQE works efficiently with the clients and all organizations and individuals in the process of preparing plans, obtaining building permit, and completing the construction in the best possible manner.
